A Special Message for the New Year

Dear Ones,
What is your intention for 2004? Are you going to be happy? Healthy? Wealthy? Successful? In his great book, The Power of Decision, Raymond Charles Barker writes: Decision is the most important function of the individual mind. No creative process can begin until a decision is made. He goes on to say that every creative process begins with a decision. As we begin this brand new year with its limitless possibilities, what an empowering idea to contemplate! What new awareness of your magnificence will you decide to embody?
Dr. Barker goes on to say: You are able to accomplish anything you really want to accomplish. The Infinite is yours to explore, and the Infinite is never dull, stale or commonplace. To say you do not know what to do, or you do not know what you want, is to negate the Infinite Intelligence which is individualized in you. What you are really saying is that you are too lazy to determine your own experience, or you think another person is better equipped to determine your good. No one else on earth is better equipped to determine your good than you are. The universe has no favorites and God knows no special person.
Not to decide is to decide not to be, do or have whatever you are contemplating. Every decision, great or small, carries the full power and unlimited potential of Creative Mind with it. As you reflect upon 2003, you will see the results of your decisions. I see a growing, healthy, prosperous church community. I see tremendous support through our expanded leadership team. I see my personal good health. I see myself surrounded by a loving community.
For 2004, decide to be deeply in touch with your spiritual magnificence. Decide to be happy, healthy, wealthy and beloved. Join me in the decision to be even more in the New Year, to live your divine potential individually and collectively. There's so much more in 2004!
